This style includes extension straps to lengthen the strap on the shoe, making them ideal for those with diabetes or feet prone to swelling. Featuring moderate-arch support, heel-to-toe cushioning and a shock absorbing footbed, heel stability, grippy sole and wiggle room. Well suited for those with heel spurs, bunions and arthritis. This style is an E width, with the option to be worn as a D width. To create a D width (more snug fit), simply slip the Vari-fit under the existing footbed.
